Monisha Vasa

General and Addiction Psychiatrist


Monisha Vasa is a board certified General and Addiction Psychiatrist, living and practicing in Orange County, California.  She recently published her first volume of poetry, entitled “Salve: Words for the Journey.”  She has been featured in numerous outlets including Huffington Post and NBC News.  Dr. Vasa is the co-founder of the Mental Health Collective, an innovative, integrative and evidence based treatment center, and also serves as a wellness consultant for UC Irvine resident physicians and the City of Hope National Cancer Center.  She is a mother, long distance runner, and also recently launched a mindfulness and mental health podcast called “More Happiness, Less Suffering.”
